How the integration works

Appsentia connects to your existing Deel Local Payroll HRIS via a secure, credential-encrypted API integration. Connect — an admin enters their Deel Local Payroll API credentials inside Appsentia; credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and never exposed in plaintext. Sync — an initial full sync pulls all employees and historical leave transactions; a nightly automated sync (02:00 SAST) keeps data current without manual intervention. Analyse — risk scores are recalculated nightly (03:00 SAST) against fresh data; alerts fire automatically when thresholds are crossed.
