eSwatini ENPF Rate Increase | Deel Local Payroll | 2026

The eSwatini National Provident Board resolved that the ceiling amount of wages for the purposes of the payment of statutory contributions to the Fund be increased from E3 300.00 to E3 500.00. Therefore, the maximum contribution for both the employee and employer is E350.00 per month.

Employee Maximum Contribution: E175.00
Employer Maximum Contribution: E175.00

The Honorable Minister for Labour and Social Security approved the increase as contained in Legal Notice No. 140 of 2020.

The statutory contribution increase will come into effect on 1st January 2023.
